Light Up A Life
Hospice invites you to remember ….
As the Christmas Season approaches Southern Area Hospice Services invite members of the public to remember their loved ones by sponsoring a light on the Hospice Christmas Tree.
One relative who has dedicated a light in memory of his wife is Mr Christopher Cullen.

Christopher explained “my wife passed away in the Hospice last year and we take comfort from dedicating a light in her memory, it helps us to know that by doing so we are not only remembering her, but also helping the hospice to continue its good work in caring for patients and families like mine”.

Thanks to the generosity of the local postmen, all homes throughout the Southern Health Board Area will receive a dedication form. To dedicate a light on the hospice Christmas tree for your loved one simply fill in this form and return it using the envelope provided. Alternatively you can request a form by calling the fundraising office on (028) 3025 1333 and one will be forwarded to you. You can also download one from our website at www.southernareahospiceservices.org.

By remembering your loved one this Christmas you will be helping the Hospice to care for someone else’s.

Pictured are Christopher and his two daughters dedicating the first light of 2009 to their wife and mother Mrs Roisin Cullen.
