SAHS Gear Up For A Mini Adventure
Southern Area Hospice Services are setting off on a Mini Adventure, supported by David Prentice MINI, Portadown where you could end up walking away with the keys of a fantastic MINI One and free insurance for one year courtesy of Autoline Insurance Group in Newry.
The Mini Adventure will see the road show travel to shopping centres and locations across the Southern Board Area with pit stops at Newry, Dungannon, Armagh, Portadown, Banbridge and Lurgan from Tuesday 1st August until the end of October selling tickets for the annual Southern Area Hospice Services Win a Car Campaign. Raffle tickets, priced at £1 each will be available at each venue, or by visiting the Hospice shops during August, September and October in Newry, Banbridge and Dungannon.
Fiona Stephens, Corporate Fundraiser at Southern Area Hospice Services, explained:
“We are delighted that this year again we have the support of David Prentice Mini for our Win a Car Campaign as well as Autoline Insurance Group and a number of local Credit Unions. Last year’s draw was very successful and we would like to thank everyone who bought tickets. We hope this year’s Mini Adventure will be just as exciting and will raise vital funds needed to support the work of the Southern Area Hospice in the locality….On Saturday 28 October we will return to the Buttercrane Centre in Newry where the draw will take place - and one lucky ticket holder will drive away in a brand new MINI One with free insurance for one year!”
“I would encourage everyone to come along and support us. You never know - you could be the lucky person who starts a brand new MINI adventure.”
Ryan Simpson, Marketing Manager for David Prentice MINI Portadown, added:
“We are delighted to be involved in this fundraising initiative. I would encourage people to get involved and support this campaign for the Southern Area Hospice Services to enable the continuation of the vital care and support they provide.”
The fundraising team will visit shops and local shopping centres every week during the competition starting in Buttercrane Shopping Centre, Newry on Tuesday 1 August.
Tickets will also be available throughout the campaign in all of the Southern Area Hospice Shops or by contacting the Hospice on (028) 3025 1333. For further information please contact Joanne or Lisa at Fundraising Office.
