Home Care

Southern Area Hospice Services provides a medical home care service for those patients who wish to be cared for at home, in conjunction with the patient’s GP.
The Hospice Service acts as a specialist resource and support to the existing Southern Board Healthcare Services. Treatment and support are given in conjunction with that of the primary care team.
One of the main aims of Home Care is similar to that of our Outreach Clinics in that it provides and delivers a service right to the heart of the community where it is needed most.
