Providing an integrated care service
Southern Area Hospice Services provides specialist care for patients affected by Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and other terminal illnesses.
This care is provided without cost, to patients and their families from across the Southern Health Board Area. The Hospice provides a holistic approach to care, responding to the physical, psychological and spiritual needs of patients, their relatives and carers. Care is provided by a team of highly trained medics and professionals both at the Hospice and in the community through a wide range of services.
