Our Shops

Southern Area Hospice Services has four shops that are located in the following areas:
• Newry (Clothing Shop & Furniture Warehouse)
• Banbridge
• Dungannon

The Southern Area Hospice shops sell only good quality clothing, footwear, accessories, bric-a-brac and books, as well as the Furniture Warehouse in Newry selling high quality furniture. However, the shops also accept older fabric/material items, such as blankets, sheets, curtains and worn clothes for recycling.
Each shop has a dedicated team made up of staff and volunteers that work continuously to raise valuable funds for the Hospice.
The success of the shops is due to the fine quality of stock that is donated by the public. If you have any quality items that could be sold, please see all shop details below for your nearest branch.

Would you like to become a Shop Volunteer

Shop volunteers assist in helping raise funds to provide vital hospice care. The shops sell high quality second-hand clothes, accessories, books and bric-a-brac that have been donated by the public.

Serving behind the counter, pricing and sorting donations as well as arranging displays are some of the many duties required by the volunteers in the hospice shops.

Would like to interact more with other people? Would you like to do something rewarding knowing your time, efforts and skills are helping others? If you have a few spare hours a week, and would like to gain valuable experience and learn new skills, you can become a Hospice Volunteer. For more information contact Rosemary at (028) 3026 7711.
