Citizens Advice Partnership with Hospice
Southern Area Hospice Services has welcomed a new partnership with Citizens Advice Newry, Mourne and Down. This new partnership will commence from Thursday 5th October with Advisor Aileen McNally who will be providing a benefits advice service to those living with a diagnosis of Cancer, Motor Neurone Disease or Multiple Sclerosis.
This service will be available on an appointment basis every Thursday from 9.30am-12noon in the Donaldson Counselling and Therapy Centre which is located on level 3 in the Hospice at St. John’s House, Courtenay Hill, Newry. Speaking about the new service, Fiona Robinson, Senior Social Worker at Hospice said “We welcome this opportunity to work in partnership with Citizens Advice and are delighted to be able to offer this much needed service to our patients and service users”.
