Fundraising & Covid-19

We remain indebted to everyone that has fundraised to support the Hospice during the pandemic. You have been amazing – truly inspirational. Covid-19 is still very much with us and whilst we do need you to continue supporting the Hospice we also need you to do it safely. If you are planning a fundraising event, please ensure you are familiar with current Covid-19 restrictions. Our dedicated support groups are constantly organising events throughout the area such as table quiz nights, coffee mornings, street collections, fun walks, sales and dances to help fund the vital services we offer to patients and their families.  By joining our support groups, you can help promote Southern Area Hospice Services in your area and raise much needed funds.  We have groups in the following areas:

• Newry & Mourne
• Armagh & Dungannon
• Craigavon & Banbridge

There are a number of support groups working throughout the Southern Health Board Area that raise over £140,000 each year for the Southern Area Hospice Services.
