Hospice ready for Santa Fun Run
The Newry Santa Fun Run is set to take place this year on Thursday 23rd November. The event which will be run as part of the Annual Christmas Lights Switch on, on Hill Street, Newry is always a fun event with huge business and community support.
As always, Newry Chamber of Commerce and Trade along with the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council will be supporting the event with the Southern Area Hospice the beneficiary of this year’s event. We are encouraging businesses, families, friends and work colleagues to take part in this great event. The event has become a popular attraction on the night of the Official Lights Switch on and also gives great exposure to businesses.
This years Santa Fun Run is in Newry on Thursday 23 November and will commence at 5.30pm sharp and follow a course along the events space on Hill Street to be back in time for Santa’s arrival and the official Christmas Light Switch on.
All money raised from this year’s run will be in aid of Southern Area Hospice Services and the event has been kindly sponsored by CGDM Construction. Caroline Grant, Marketing Manager, CGDM Construction said ““We are honoured to be sponsoring the Santa Fun Run this year. It is always such a fun event and for a great cause that touches so many.
