Ladies Lunch raises over £13K
This year, Southern Area Hospice Services received record numbers at their Annual Hospice Ladies Luncheon with over 350 ladies in attendance. Now in its 17th year, the luncheon, which was kindly sponsored by the Canal Court Hotel & Spa and First Trust Bank, featured local lady Dearbhail McDonald, Group Business Editor of Independent News and Media as guest speaker.
The day began with a drinks reception in the conservatory of the hotel. This was followed by a delightful three course lunch, a wonderful fashion show featuring designer items from the three Hospice Shops and an address by Dearbhail McDonald. The event was a huge success and raised a total of £13,455 for our local Hospice.

We look forward to doing it all again next year.
