Southern Area Hospice Services - Christmas Light Up A Life Appeal Dedication Form

Christmas for many is a very special time, when we gather with those we love to celebrate the season together, and take time to think over the happy Christmases we shared with those who are no longer with us. At Hospice we know how difficult this can be for so many and how important it is to pause and take time to remember.

This Christmas our very special tree will be adorned with hundreds of white lights remembering all of the patients we have cared for over the last 30 years. A tree full of memories, as each light shines out to remember someone special, who is missed but lovingly remembered this Christmas.

Please join us in remembering your loved one in the most magical and moving way - Light Up their Life this Christmas and help us help others not just at Christmas but every day of the year.

I am a UK taxpayer, and wish Southern Area Hospice Services to claim Gift Aid on all donations I have made in the last four years and any future donations I make. What is Gift Aid?
