Statement from SAHS Regarding Fundraising
Following Government advice regarding Covid-19, we have regrettably had to take the decision to postpone all of our planned fundraising events.
As a local charity dependent on such fundraising this is not a decision we made lightly. However, the decision is necessary at this time in an effort to protect the health and wellbeing of our Patients, our Staff, our Volunteers and our Supporters.
We are not cancelling any of the events but will re-schedule when it is safe to do so. At this time, we want to focus all of our energies on providing our patients and their families with the care and support they continue to need.
We now know that as time passes our ability to fundraise will be detrimentally impacted by this unprecedented crisis. We will therefore need your help.
